Are there any services you don’t offer?

While we offer a wide range of home cleaning services, we will not wax floors, clean exterior or interior windows, mold removal, pet waste, and remove insect or rodent infestation’s.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

not at all! It’s completely your choice whether you would like to be home during your appointment. If you prefer, you can leave us a key/entry code and will take care of the rest, and let you know when we are finished!

Is Dusty Bunnies insured?

Absolutely! We are insured, bonded and licensed in the state of Rhode Island.

When is payment due?

Payment is required on your scheduled cleaning day no later than 6pm.

What about pets?

Pets are a part of the family. During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

Is there a cancellation fee?

If a cleaning appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, or if the cleaner is unable to enter the house, a cancellation fee of 50% of that cleaning's cost will be charged.
